THE PROCESS OF OBTAINING A RESIDENCE PERMIT FOR AN INVESTOR:

1. Opening a bank account in Spain - consultations on the package of documents, legalization and transfers, coordination documents with a bank. When the main
package agreed, the applicant must come to the bank in person to sign the documents.
2. Preparation of documents for submission to the Department of large companies - obtaining certificates, translations and legalization of documents.
3. Submission of documents to the Department of large companies in Madrid - personal presence of the client is not required, but the client must be on the territory of Spain. The official term of consideration of documents is 20 days (in practice, up to 2 months).
4. After obtaining the residence permit to visit the police department in Barcelona for biometric data. After 30 days you will receive a residence card for 2 years
